As promised delivered within the stated time delivery time. Queries answered Promptly. Definitely make sure your foundation is level, square and base well screwed/bolted to base prior to build. On a couple of warm calm days I managed to erect the greenhouse on my own. With some ingenuity Even the top apex strut although I do agree it would be quicker and easier with two. Instructions relatively straight forward to follow but would suggest prior to erecting the stage your at look forward to the next stage as you may decide to put more bolts in that strut for future use, shelving etc. Plenty of spares components but not. For every thing, if you do happen to misplace , especially screws, nuts, bolts. We had a 40 mph wind last week and it survived with no problems or repairs necessary. Would definitely recommend for the price paid.

Although my husband did manage to assemble the shed, he found the instructions unclear to follow. Twice as many screws as required. Also the main doors and shelving units also had to be shaved in order to actually fit in. Luckily my husband is experienced and had the tools to do it. Lovely now that it is up. I have painted it too.

Delivered bang on time, excellent quality, very easy to assemble ( but you do need a flat level surface to make it really easy ) You have the floor, roof, side panels already assembled, just fix them together & affix the doors. All fixings are supplied, along with some felt & tacks for the roof. Very impressed with the structure & ease of assembly.

Fabulous product and service......chose the summerhouse I wanted online and could choose the day of delivery. Elbec kept me informed of delivery times etc. The Summerhouse (my she shed) itself is excellent vfm and we are in the process of putting up but the weather is hindering us atm so have been unable to finish it. All in all would definitely recommend and can't wait to get outside!!!

The 8 x 10 summerhouse arrived on time and was easily transported to the back garden. The base was easy to construct. Instructions for the summerhouse could be a bit more clear and the online videos do not cover some aspects too well, so a bit of common sense is required. A warped door was very quickly replaced through customer services. Plenty of screws are supplied. We insulated and lined the interior to extend the use throught the year. All in all I am very pleased with the building.

Quick and easy purchase and brilliant delivery,shed was easy to put up and looks nice.shed itself is fine but panels full of knotts which ended up being holes, roof felt nails are no good so i would but longer ones,only one window panel fitted all the rest i needed to cut to size. Overall it does seem a sturdy shed especially for you pay for it.

Quite a unique design pleased with overall presence in the garden.The glazing is better than anticipated overall very pleased,suits our needs. If I have any criticism to make it is the the structural timbers need checking, on ours they oversailed the lap boards which pushed the building out of true.My advise would be to check when the two edges are butted up that they are true.Screws could of been better quality. Otherwise very happy. Thank you.

Overall we are pleased with the finished summer house. Some issues with two missing cover strips, the wrong size screws and two missing pieces of beading. We have made do without the two strips, but had to buy a box of screws and the beading. Apart from that it looks good!

Delivery driver refused to put shed against brick wall which was 2m next to where he was unloading. Said kerb side drop off. Also refused to take pallet it was delivered on, again said not what he was paid for. Shed was damaged on arrival although part of floor so hidden

Metal lean to shed 7' x 5'. Fairly pleased with the finished product although the spec didn't say that there is over 250 screws, nuts & bolts. Very very time consuming construction. My biggest gripe is that we did NOT receive any communication as we were supposed concerning delivery dates. The only message I received was a phone call from the delivery driver to say he'd be with us soon. I was at work and had to make frantic arrangements to get home for the delivery. As I have used all my holiday allowance, I have now lost 2 1/2 hours pay. Customer care department doesn't seem bothered. They are looking into it??

I bought a 6 x 4 overlap apex shed for my son’s garden via Elbec Garden Buildings which offered the best price. Ordering was straightforward through the company website and I could select my delivery date. The shed was delivered on the day arranged. Tim the delivery driver was helpful and friendly providing me with plenty of notice of his arrival time. I was very pleased with the quality of the shed and it was straightforward to assemble but as the instructions state you do need a second person to assist. We were also pleased with the appearance of the shed when complete. The only negative is that the plastic windows are quite flimsy and one blew out on a windy day. I have had to reinforce the edging to prevent this happening again. With hindsight I would opt for the windowless version which would fine for this size of shed and would be more secure.

Came direct from Forest, buying from Elbec was most cost effective way I could see for this pergola. Really good quality (this is our second Forest pergola). We did replace some supplied screws with more substantial, just as personal preference for the cross rafters. We were also able to adjust the positioning of the posts because of where we were putting it, to account for an opening shed door. Overall, incredibly happy!!
